What information do I need to provide to work with Level Office?
You will need to provide your contact information as well as the contact information of the client looking for office space. Any information regarding the client’s request is helpful, for example, start date, size of space needed and length of term requested.
How soon will I receive payment?
You will receive payment when the agreement is fully executed and move-in fees, including first month’s rent, are processed from the client. The payment will be sent by check to the address provided.
Do I continue to receive payment if my client extends their agreement?
Yes, if the client extends their agreement, you will receive the appropriate payment based on the length of the term and value of the private office. The payment is a one-time fee paid once the agreement is signed and payment is received by Level Office from the client. It is not a monthly reoccurring fee.
Can I be involved in the process with my client?
Yes, you can be involved in the entire process with the client and are welcome to tour with your client. Open communication between the client and Level Office is recommended. You will be notified when the client has toured and if the client has signed.
Will I receive additional payment if my client upgrades to larger/more offices?
Yes, depending on the upgrade you will receive compensation based on the length of the term and value of the private office.
Does Level Office reach out to my client without my knowledge?
No, Level Office does not reach out to the client without your knowledge. You will be notified when the client has toured, signed for the private office or has not signed for the private office.
