What is included with rent?
All private offices include fiber internet, office furniture (desk & chair), mail service, utilities, housekeeping, and 24/7 access to the office and amenity space. Our buildings feature WiFi throughout, and we put your logo on your door at the time of move in. With a private office, you also receive 24/7 access to our co-working areas.
What is your internet speed?
Our locations offer 100 Mbps fiber line or better in each office. WiFi can be used in the common areas as well as in private offices. There is no extra cost or IT setup fee for internet.
How many desks, phones, etc. are included in an office?
The number of desks and chairs depends on how many people you need it set up for. Let us know how many of each you would like prior to move in and we will have it all ready for you on the day of move in. We can include phones for the office for a small fee.
How long are the rental agreements?
Our typical rental agreements are 12 months, but we are able to be flexible with a premium added on to the rent. Clients can upgrade to a larger office at any point during their agreement. Coworking and virtual office agreements are month-to-month.
Is the building accessible 24/7?
Yes, the building is accessible 24/7 for all clients with a key fob. We have a staff member at the front desk to greet visitors during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm).
Can we bring our own phone, furniture, printer, etc?
Absolutely, we want you to make your office comfortable for you! Many clients bring printers, furniture or artwork to decorate their offices. We even allow you to hang things on the walls or paint your office! We just ask that the office be returned to the original color and condition prior to move out.
Can I upgrade to a bigger office later?
Yes, here at Level we are very flexible when it comes to upgrading to a larger office. You are able to upgrade to a larger office at any time during your agreement. We do require a small transfer fee to transfer your phone line and logo to your new office.
Do you receive/send packages?
Absolutely, our staff member at the front desk accepts packages as well as sends them for our clients. Depending on your location, you will have a package box that they will be placed in or our staff will bring them to your office for you upon arrival. You will always be notified when a package arrives for you or your company.
Do you offer phone answering?
We can provide a conference telephone in each office for a small fee but we do not offer phone answering services. Each office phone requested will have your own local telephone number and a voicemail system for you to set up. If needed, we would be happy to look into options for you for an outside company that provides phone answering.
Do you have a conference room? Is it hourly or do you have packages?
Each center offers one or more conference rooms. We provide an online booking system so that you can book them whenever you need to. We offer monthly packages at a reduced rate of $20/hour, or you can book them hourly at $40/hour.
Can I decorate the office?
Absolutely! We allow and encourage clients to decorate their offices to reflect their personal style. We do ask that anything you change in the office (paint, hang pictures, etc.) is returned to its original condition upon move-out.
Why is the price point for a 1-2 person office so different between the offices?
Offices have different price points based on where they are located in the building. For example, an exterior office with a window will be more expensive than an interior office.
If you are based out of one location, do you have access to the other locations?
Yes! Just let us know when you will be visiting different cities where we have other Level Office locations. We will let the manager of the other center know, and you will be able to use the co-working space during regular business hours. We would love for you to be able to see what all of our centers have to offer.
Do you have discounted parking rates or preferred parking?
Each location is different when it comes to parking arrangements. If we do not have parking at the location you are interested in, we are happy to set you up with a local monthly parking lot in the area.
Is the building dog-friendly?
Most of our buildings do not accept dogs, due to possible allergies of other clients in the building. We do allow service dogs.
What kind of administrative services are available?
Examples of administrative services include but are not limited to: PowerPoint presentations, running errands, picking up lunch, making travel arrangements, printing & binding projects, data entry, expense reports, and many other things! If you need any administrative work done, please let your center staff know, and we are happy to help.
